We want you to know the full cost of the any service before you commit your funds. There should be no surprises. These are “Flat Fees” based on the average amount of time it takes to provide the service in question. We will work with you on a payment plan, but no work products (reports) can be issued until payment in full has been cleared.
For Disability Screening we can provide you with screening resources and interpret the results in a 2 or 3 page ”Screening Report.” The report is designed to guide you and is not suitable to submit as part of your case.
For Report Critique we review mental health examination reports and provide a 4 to 6 page “critique.” This will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the examination report as they pertain to your specific disability case.
For Disability Case Review we can usually review 200 pages of documents and issue you a 6 to 8 page “Statement of the Case.” The statement of the case is designed for you and your attorney or representative. It is not in the style suitable to submit as part of your case.
For Diagnostic Evaluation We can administer standardized tests and interviews, and gather extensive personal and medical history. We prepare a report in the style recommended by VA or Medical Boards. The fee is discounted if we have performed Disability Screening or Report Critique(discount $100) and/or Disability Case Review (discount $300) since some of those procedures are part of a Diagnostic Evaluation and therefore do not need to be repeated.
If your case doesn’t fit into any of the above formats, we will tell you and we will give you a custom quote that meets your needs.
To arrange for these services, proceed as follows:
1. Use the “Consultation Request” comment section to request a “Consultation Request Information Form.”
2. We will send you our form by the method you indicate (email, fax, postal mail).
3. Provide as much information as you can on the form.
4. We will respond and tell you:
- Which of our services (if any) seem best suited to your situation.
- We will give you a fee quote based on the information you have given us.
- The fee quote is firm no add ons (ever) without your advance permission.
Fee Payment:
- All services must be paid for in advance
- We prefere to use pay pal for this purpose
- We also accept checks, western union, money orders, etc. but all funds must be cleared to us before any work begins
